That's what it's been like here in Islamorada. The fishing has been spectacular with all this rain we've had supplemented with variable winds (just windy enough to where the fish don't hear you as well, but calm enough to keep them high and happy). I had a trip last week where we went into Everglades National Park to catch some mangrove snappers for dinner, then headed out further towards flamingo and caught 6 bonefish on artificial! Next day, 120 pound tarpon! Day after that, same thing! Meanwhile still hearing fantastic reports on Permit around the flats and wrecks, and Mahi Mahi (dolphin) offshore in less than 400 feet of water! I've added some pictures below of a few great trips we had recently. The weather is also looking great for this upcoming week so now is the time to go!
